- Customers may request a return within 10 days of delivery

To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
- If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5β10 business days to appear in your account
π Shipping fees are non-refundable
π« No Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color or design differences
- Item is used, damaged by customer, or not in original condition

- We do not offer direct exchanges
- Customers must return the item and place a new order

- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof

- Send a replacement OR
- Issue a full refund
π Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After that, cancellations are not allowed
